When will my order ship?

Typical production time is between 7-10 business days to create, package and ship, although often it can be much faster. This does not include the time it takes for your package to reach you once it's been shipped.

How will my order ship?

Wonder's Journey ships all orders via the United States Post Office. All packages under 16 ounces will ship First Class, while those weighing over 16 ounces will ship Priority. It can take your package anywhere from 2-10 days to arrive, based on your location, time of year and local Post Office operations.

How will my order be packaged?

Most orders are placed into a reusable muslin bag before being placed in a kraft bag, or wrapped in kraft paper. We intentionally use kraft paper for its' recyclability and versatility. We highly encourage bags and paper to be used for impromptu art projects!

Are your toys safe?

Yes! All of our toys are fully compliant with all US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requirements. Each new product is rigorously tested and we are committed to creating safe toys for your children.

Where are you located?

Wonder's Journey headquarters are located in beautiful Denver, Colorado in the US. 

What if I need to cancel my order?

We will gladly cancel an order during the first 24 hours after the order was placed. Cancellation requests MUST be requested by email. Please send an email to hello@wondersjourney.com and be sure to include your order number.  

What if I want to return or exchange my purchase?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us for a full refund of the product price.  Returns must be unplayed with, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please contact us with your order number to see if your item qualifies for a return/exchange. 

Sale items cannot be refunded, but they may qualify for an exchange if made within 14 days of original receipt. 

If your items arrive to you damaged, please send photographic proof to hello@wondersjourney.com and we will assist with a replacement. 

Your replacement item(s) will be shipped to you after receiving your returned item(s). Please allow two weeks for this process to complete, due to shipping, verifying, restocking, and processing.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for packages that are not proven to arrive at our fulfillment center for returns/exchanges.
