Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. 

Orders weighing under 16 ounces ship via USPS First Class Mail and can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive based on your location, time of year, and your local post office operations. All other packages will be shipped via Priority Mail and can take between 2-7 days to arrive, based on your location, time of year and your local post office operations.

To determine your exact shipping costs, add your item(s) to your cart, enter your shipping information and you will be given a shipping cost prior to checking out.

If you have not received your order in a reasonable time frame, as stated above, or your order is not showing tracking, please feel free to contact USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777 or online at USPS.  You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, creating and packaging your order prior to shipment. We often ship sooner than 7-10 days, depending on the time of year and order volume.

If your package gets returned because the address was not entered correctly, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.
