This Spring ABC Sensory Bin Filler was designed with exactly that in mind.
Little hands will dig through a base of multi-tone green rice and star pasta to uncover yellow, lavender, and pink alphabet letters hiding throughout. Bright enough to draw attention, varied enough to invite sorting, matching, and discovery. Every letter of the alphabet is hiding in there somewhere.
It's open-ended by design. A three-year-old might just dig and pour. A five-year-old might hunt for every letter of their name. Both are exactly right.
